I am a COACH

Stepping back in to purpose

I was doing work... but I wasn’t doing my work.

A few months back, I had this moment where I looked around at everything I was building — the land business, my role as a brand ambassador for GoBundance Emerge — and it all looked good on paper.
And honestly, it felt aligned too.

I enjoyed the work. I was making money.
But something was still missing.

I wasn’t doing anything that gave me a real sense of purpose.
And I knew it.

So I asked for guidance. I was sitting on the front porch one morning — coffee in hand, talking to God — and I just said:

“If I’m supposed to be doing something different, I need a sign. I need direction. I need something to bring me back to purpose.”

And what came next was loud and clear.

I started reaching out to my close circle — guys who know me, who’ve watched me grow. I asked, “If you could see me doing anything, what would it be?”

Every single one of them said the same thing.

Coaching.

I knew they were right.

I just didn’t want to admit it at first.

Because I’d done it before.
And I felt like I had blown it.

Not because I didn’t care.
Not because I didn’t help people.
But because I wasn’t ready.

I didn’t have my identity locked in.
I didn’t have my values defined.
I didn’t know what kind of life I was building — or how to help someone else build theirs.

And I’ll own this part, too — I needed the money.
So I said yes to the wrong people. Let my boundaries slip. Burned myself out.

I wasn’t coaching from strength.
I was coaching from survival.

So I shut it down.

But now? Now I’m ready.

What I’m offering now

This isn’t something I’m promoting.
There are no ads. No funnels. No discount codes.

This is an invitation.

I’m opening up a few spots for 1:1 coaching.
Not fitness or personal development — both.
Because your body is the gateway to your mind. And your discipline is the foundation of your healing.

That said — I’m open.
If a man is dialed in physically and just needs help with structure, identity, and purpose? Let’s talk.
If someone already has deep self‑awareness but needs strength, discipline, and accountability in the gym? Let’s see what we can do.

If you want to train for a bodybuilding competition, an ultramarathon, or a triathlon — I’m not your guy.
This is three full‑body workouts per week — kettlebell‑focused, minimal equipment, strength‑based.
It’s about building a body that carries your life, not consumes it.

Here’s how we’ll work together:

  • Bi‑weekly 1:1 calls to strip away distraction, face the truth, and get clear on what matters. After 3 months, we’ll reassess and either stay bi‑weekly, shift to monthly, or evolve it based on what you need

  • Ongoing support via Marco Polo — a video‑messaging app for check‑ins, accountability, and real‑time reflection

  • Integrated growth across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual domains — because no part of you gets left behind

I’ll also challenge you to train in a martial art — jiu‑jitsu, Muay Thai, something that pushes your edge.
Because if you can’t protect your family, you’re not a provider — you’re a liability.

This isn’t about aesthetics.
This is about building a body that leads.
A life that matters.
And a mirror you can look into every day and say,
“I fucking respect that man.”

I’m keeping it small. Five men total.
One spot’s already filled. For now, I’ll likely take three until April — then I’ll fill the rest when I’m able.
I do this because I have other commitments — the land business, my jiu‑jitsu, my wife and soon‑to‑be baby.
If I can’t show up fully for them, I can’t show up fully for you.

Who this is for

This isn’t for everyone.

I work best with men who:

  • Are early in their entrepreneurial journey

  • Crave more peace, clarity, and presence

  • Want strength, not hacks — honesty, not hand‑holding

  • Know they need accountability — and are actually fucking willing to be held accountable

  • Are committed to their health, their wife, and their kids

  • Want to lead their families by example

  • Know how to laugh — and don’t take themselves too seriously

If you can’t handle a little ball‑busting, I’m not your guy.
I was in the military. My humor’s dark. It’s raunchy. We’ll talk shit. We’ll laugh. We’ll go deep.

Because you can heal and still have fun.
You can build discipline and still enjoy life.
You can get intense without being miserable.

And if you think coaching is supposed to be soft, sterile, or emotionally coddled — you’re not ready for this.

Where this is going

This coaching offer?
It’s just the beginning.

Eventually, this grows into a real space — a gym built on community, connection, and presence.
A place with ice baths, saunas, yoga, massage — the full physical, emotional, and spiritual reset.
A space for brotherhood.
A sanctuary for men.

And beyond that? Retreat cabins with a small gym on site. Disconnected from the noise. Built for stillness, clarity, and becoming the man you were put here to be.

This is about more than coaching.
It’s about creating a movement of men who respect the man in the mirror — and live like he matters.

That’s the work I’m here for.

Ready? Let’s talk.

If what you just read feels like a fit — reach out.
Or if you know someone that might be a good food - send them my info

I’ve got room for just a handful of men that are looking for more out of themselves and their lives.

As always, thanks for reading,
Kyle

Song of the Week

This one takes me back to my highschool days. A track built on refusing the status‑quo, standing your ground, and moving forward with everything you’ve got. Perfect anthem for the week we’re stepping into.
